Pour 2 T of olive oil in your baking dish and add sliced onions. Place roast on top of onions. Place herbs on top of and around the roast. Bake at 350F for 50 min per kg or until turkey roast reaches an internal temperature of 170F. Broil at the end for crispy skin bacon - watch closely so it doesn’t burn! Remove roast and allow to sit for 15 mins and then remove netting and carve. Serve with cranberry sauce and gravy.
