Le Grand Maison Pesto Pizza
Check out this vegetarian masterpiece: Garlic naan, topped with Le Grand Pesto, Butternut Squash, Broccoli, a little lactose free White Cheddar and a sprinkle of Low Fat Parmesan to finish it off.
Prep time was minimal and only took 10 minutes to brown in the oven!
1 Package Indian Life Garlic Naan
1 Package Le Grand Maison Pesto
1 small head Broccoli
1 butternut squash, (preferably with a long neck)
Lactose free white Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Finely grated Parmesan cheese.
Liberally spread the pesto on the Garlic Naan bread, leaving a bit of room around the edges. Grate broccoli and sprinkle on top. Peel and finely slice the neck of the butternut squash and arrange on pizza. Cover with shredded white cheddar. Bake for 10 minutes at 425F. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
