This vegan charcuterie board is great for any guests who are vegan or vegetarian. We utilize many local food brands on this board and alternatives to still give that same great taste, visual appeal and flavour while maintaining the vegan ingredients.
Preparation
Step 01: Place 2 small empty bowls (glass, ceramic or stainless steel) randomly on board, staying away from the very edge or corners of board. Fill the bowls with pitted olives and beet & balsamic spread.
Step 02: Assemble the 2 cracker varieties on opposite corners of each other (diagonally). Display the La Panzanella crackers by fanning them out. Display the Eve’s Cracker’s by layering them. Tuck the bowl of beet & balsamic spread into the corner of the La Panzanella crackers.
Step 03: Place one bunch of fresh grapes on each of two other open corners of the board.
Step 04: Cut the smoked gouda slices in half and create 3 fanned stacks of fanned slices (4 slices per stack). Place these in front of the Eve’s Crackers.
Step 05: Place the cashew cheese and Noble Jerky in the middle of the board. On the final open edge, place dried fruit and nuts between grapes and crackers.
Step 06: Frame the board with fresh Rosemary behind the crackers on either side of board. Take one piece of Rosemary and place in middle of cashew cheese.
