Makes 12 servings
1 1/2 tsp
|Fresh Cranberries (2 x 12 ounce)|
Honey, or to taste
•In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. If there is not enough liquid, add more water to cover cranberries.
• Bring to a boil over high heat until cranberries have popped and simmer for about 1 hour, or until the sauce has thickened.
• Taste for sweetness, and adjust with additional honey if necessary.
• Let mixture cool, then refrigerate in a covered container.
