The Social Board
This is a beautiful charcuterie board made the traditional way! Using a variety of crackers, hard cheese, soft cheese, dried fruit, nuts, a variety of unique a tasty grocery items, fresh produce and more.
Preparation
Step 01: Place 4 small empty bowls (glass, ceramic or stainless steel) randomly on board, staying away from the very edge or corners of board. Fill the four bowls with anitpasto, hazelnuts, mustard and chutney.
Step 02: Assemble the 2 cracker varieties on opposite corners of each other (diagonally). Display them by fanning them out. Tuck 2 of the bowls within inner corner.
Step 03: Roll the 3 deli meat varieties and place them on the 2 free corners of the board, beside the crackers. Now your meat and crackers should be “framing” your board.
Step 04: Place the hard cheese and soft cheese in middle of board on either edge.
Step 05: Place the cornichons around one of the bowls, fan it out to frame it around the crackers and meat. Place dried fruit and nuts between across from cornichons between the hard cheese and meat.
Step 06: Place the fresh grape bunch in middle of board. Finalize the board by placing fresh Rosemary over the Soft Cheese and frame around crackers and bowl of chutney.

The Herbivore Board
This vegan charcuterie board is great for any guests who are vegan or vegetarian. We utilize many local food brands on this board and alternatives to still give that same great taste, visual appeal and flavour while maintaining the vegan ingredients.
Preparation
Step 01: Place 2 small empty bowls (glass, ceramic or stainless steel) randomly on board, staying away from the very edge or corners of board. Fill the bowls with pitted olives and beet & balsamic spread.
Step 02: Assemble the 2 cracker varieties on opposite corners of each other (diagonally). Display the La Panzanella crackers by fanning them out. Display the Eve’s Cracker’s by layering them. Tuck the bowl of beet & balsamic spread into the corner of the La Panzanella crackers.
Step 03: Place one bunch of fresh grapes on each of two other open corners of the board.
Step 04: Cut the smoked gouda slices in half and create 3 fanned stacks of fanned slices (4 slices per stack). Place these in front of the Eve’s Crackers.
Step 05: Place the cashew cheese and Noble Jerky in the middle of the board. On the final open edge, place dried fruit and nuts between grapes and crackers.
Step 06: Frame the board with fresh Rosemary behind the crackers on either side of board. Take one piece of Rosemary and place in middle of cashew cheese.

The Golden Board
This is a classic charcuterie board going back to the basics! You may have memories at grandpa and grandma’s, enjoying farmer’s sausage, simple crackers, marble cheese and pickles. You really can’t go wrong with this one.
Preparation
Crackers:
Triscuit Rosemary & Olive Crackers
Meat & Cheese:
Rempels Farmer’s Sausage
Ralph’s Cheddar Cheese
Spread ’em Kitchen Co. Cultured Cashew Spinach and Artichoke Soft Cheese
Bread:
A Bread Affair Organic Sour Dough Bread
Grocery:
Mails L’Original Cornichons
Ingredients
Step 01: Cut an open hole in the middle of the sour dough bread. Place the loaf in middle of board.
Step 02: Cut slices of Farmer’s sausage on an angle and fan around the bread in middle of board.
Step 03: Place rosemary and olive crackers around the Farmer’s sausage, fanning them slightly.
Step 04: Cut squares of cheddar cheese and place around the rosemary and olive crackers, leave a little bit of space for the cornichons between slices of cheese. Place individual cornichons between slices of cheese.
Step 05: Spoon the spinach and artichoke cheese into the opening in loaf of bread.
