INGREDIENTS
2 cups 1/2 cup 1 cup 1/2 tsp 1 tsp 24 cups |
Brown sugar Honey Butter Cream of tartar Vanilla Popped popcorn |
METHOD
• In a medium sized saucepan add the first 5 ingredients.
• Boil rapidly for 2 minutes
• Remove from heat and add 1 tsp of baking soda.
• Mix well and pur over popcorn.
• Divide on to two cookie sheets.
• Bake in oven at 200 °F for 1 hour
• Stir every 15 minutes
• Once cool store in air tight container
