Limited Capacity: When arriving to our market, please enter to the left as directed by signage to our new queued area. Please wait in line at our outdoor covered area with 6' between each customer. Please follow the direction of our team members managing the flow at the entrance and enter when advised.

Upon entering, please proceed to the left. Please maintain a 6' distance between yourself and other customers and our team members. If there is an item you’d like to get to and a team member is working in that area please either ask to get to that area so we can move for you, or wait to come back to that area until it is safe to do so. ⁣

When checking out, please enter our line up area at our "retired" bistro seating area and maintain a 6' distance between yourself and other customers. When it is your turn to come to the cash register, a team member will let you know. When exiting the market, please go to the left. Watch our video explaining the process here.

Social Distancing: While visiting our market, we ask that you keep 2 arm lengths (6ft) from each other. While checking out at our tills, we have a system in place for social distancing and sanitization between each customer. Please allow room between each other while waiting at check outs. When you are the second customer in line, please wait behind the marked green line on the marked “x” for your turn to load your groceries onto the conveyer belt. We are sanitizing between each customer and require this system to be able to effectively do this.

1 Person Per Household: To limit the number of people in our market at a time, we ask that you send only 1 person from your household to shop at our market at this time.

Senior / Most Vulnerable Hours: Effective Tuesday March 24th, we are dedicating the hour between 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. between Monday and Saturday to our Seniors (55yrs+) & most vulnerable to shop during these hours.

Till Transactions:

a) Social Distance While Waiting: Please allow room between each other while waiting at check outs, we have green “x’s” marked on floor to stand while waiting. When you are the second customer in line, please wait behind the marked green line for your turn to load your groceries onto the conveyer belt.

b) Sanitization Between Each Customer: We are sanitizing between each customer and require the above system to be able to effectively do this.

c) Reusable Bags/Totes Permitted: Reusable items are now permitted.

When bringing your own bag/tote, we ask that you please package your own groceries.

Note: our cashiers will sanitize the counter before next customer. This does not include reusable produce bags at this time, simply the bags or totes your groceries are packaged into at the end of your visit.

Bistro Eating In Closed: We have closed our Bistro area, and are no longer serving soups and custom made sandwiches, until further notice. We are still offering our Made In House PREMADE sandwiches in grab ‘n go containers. We are serving our baked goods to go. Bistro cash register is closed and all purchases (muffins, scones, cookies and savory items need to be paid at one of our 4 cash registers). We are no longer serving coffee or tea at this time.

Email Sign Up: We no longer have our email sign up sheet available at our tills. You are welcome to subscribe to receive our emails on our website. This is a great way to stay informed on our temporary changes, new arrivals, weekly specials and more! https://ralphsfarmmarket.com/sign-up-for-emails/

Wash your Produce: Now more than ever, we recommend washing your veggies at home before enjoying them. We have a natural cleaning solution for purchase at our market, you can also make your own solution at home!

At Home Recipe:

b) Add 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

c) Shake well to combine

d) Pour into spray bottle

Place your fruit or vegetables in a colander in the sink. Spray it liberally with the mixture, the let it sit for 2-5 mins. Rinse off the mixture with cool water then pat dry.

These are temporary changes and there may be more as time goes on. Thank you for your understanding in these areas as we consider our team and community during this delicate season. We are a small, family-based business, working hard to continue serving our community.
