New or Renewal Vendor Application Procedures
We require an up-to-date Vendor Application before your business can be deemed a supplier to us and before payment can be made on your account. This is to ensure we have your correct name, address, product list and GST & PST Numbers.

Vendor Procedures For Delivering Goods
1. Drivers delivering goods will be asking to report to the Receiving Room, where they will fill out and sign our receiving report indicating time of delivery, company name, invoice number, description of goods, driver/shipper signature or initial and value of goods delivered.
2. Our receiver will initial or sign your shipping document and initial our receiving report to verify shipment. A copy of your invoice or our records must be left with the receiving report.
3. Invoices and statements received for which no receiving report record is available will have payment refused.

Vendor Procedures For Receiving Payment For Your Invoices
1. In order to process payment of your account, we will require a statement of account sent to Head Office (see contact information above). Statements must include invoice numbers, dates or charges, amounts charged for the period for which you wish to be paid (e.g. weekly, semi monthly or monthly), payments we have made on your account and any balance forward amounts.
2. This will help us reconcile amounts owed to you and prevent late payments of overlooked or misplaced invoices.
3. We assure you that our goal is to pay your account in a timely manner and these procedures will help us to do so efficiently.

NOTE: All deliveries require driver to complete and sign our receiving report. No deliveries will be accepted after 4:30pm daily — no exceptions. Please indicate terms and returns policy you give and note that we require statements from you for the periods you wish to be paid (i.e weekly, semi-monthly or monthly). Statements are mandatory and provide a method of ensuring we do not miss paying you in a timely manner. Please ensure your Statement is sent to Head Office (see contact information above).
